Add bank of Portugal to Madeira [solved]

Adding banknotes for Madeira, I am missing the Bank of Portugal. Also for the banknotes already in the catalog.

Like this:

Yes, we need to add Banco de Portugal (Bank of Portugal) as the Issuing Bank for Madeira.

Here at Numista, we already have Bank of Portugal registered and it would then be a case of just adding "Madeira Islands" to the issuer.
