Quick reply, without doing any further research on the coins:

#13: Diocletianus

#14: Not recognizing the emperor, reverse clearly VOT X (or XX, who knows)

#15: Not recognizing the emperor but clearly from the Constantinian period, reverse GLORIA EXERCITVS

#17: Licinius I or II?

#18: Constantine II, reverse GLORIA EXERCITVS

#19: Licinius II

#22: VRBS ROMA commemorative

#23: Domitian?

#24: I've seen that beard before but don't remember who's this one…

Fantastic, will now have a place to start my search.

Have an awesome weekend

#24, I remembered the owner of that beard, Septimius Severus.

#13 Diocletian, Sacra Moneta reverse, but I'm having trouble to find an exact match on the lettering.

#16 Maximinus Thrax

#17 N#25228 , letter Δ.

#18 As I said before. Can't go further, everything on the coin is in good shape except the lower reverse, so the mintmark is gone.

#22 As I said before. Can't go further, the mintmark is not visible, probably off-strike.

12. - Very much looks like very much looks like Vespasian as the Reverse has Provident (The coin is upside down and you'll see the wording below the altar).

Hope this helps!
