Got this coin, looked it up because I didn't recognize it, noticed that the stars are not centered and are being cut by the line. Is it worth anything?

Yes, it can happen when you mint bi-metallic coins, that the inner and outer circles are not 100% aligned! Not anything special, the value is still 2 euro!
