I am writing an article about a 5 peso Philippine Japanese occupation banknote that is stmped with a 3 cent victory stamp and post dated by both the navy and the us postal service. I am having trouble even finding one that is owned. I have 3 10 peso notes as well same situation. Could use any info about them.. Thanks Ray
