The flower of Christmas 1983

Hello everyone, is their anyone that can give me some knowledge on this coin, I found this when I was going threw some of my mothers stuff After she had passed away. Never seen one before can only find one online on eBay, then one on another site that sold back in 2017. Does Anyone know the history of this coin by chance it’s fascinating  me. 

Hello.  Not sure what you want to know. It's a non-circulating legal tender coin from Panama of 50% gold made into a pendent. Here's the Numista coin page with a relatively recent sale and a current gold melt value of US $234.  If the holder and chain are also gold that will increase the melt value but not the numismatic value of the coin.
