Unknown Coin from South Asia [solved]

I think it is a copper coin, its weight was 25grams and it is a thick coin much thicker than our normal coins, and I found It in my grandfather's box, I cleared it I found a word that looked like word بادشاہ but on the side, I don't recognize that word or sign, its length and width is 2 CM but its height is 0.5 CM, I belong from South Asia, I think that coin may have a link to ancient Asian empires.

Probably a paisa of the Maratha Confederation. Your first photo shows a katar (special kind of knife) in the center. Here's a coin, not a match, but showing similarities.

I think the weight should be rechecked. A weight of 25 grams would be well above the typical weight for an Indian copper coin.
