Help identify these two coins.

Hello friends of the forum, I ask for your help to identify 2 coins which come from two different places.

This first one is from a numismatic shop near where I live, I was only allowed to take a photo, the sale price is 15 dollars. It caught my attention but I really don't know what it is. I don't know its weight or material and its diameter is approximately 17mm.

I have seen this second coin at conventions where I live for about 4 years,which has not been sold because it does not generate interest, apart from the fact that its price is around $20 dollars without being classified. This last time it caught my attention and I would like to know what it is. and to know if it is worth buying. I only know that it is silver and looks like the aforementioned ones “Schüsselpfennig”.

Excuse me, is it worth buying the coin for 20 dollars or is it a bit expensive?

They rarely come in better condition but Ive seen them more cheap in larger lot.
