Both these notes seem identical … so much that both pages have pictures of exactly the same note:

N#205746

N#206915

According to Bank Note Museum the only difference is date and watermark, so according to guidelines should be merged.

@SpuDy can maybe give some advice?

No new swaps for the moment, still too many half-ongoing swaps to clean up!

Yes, the only difference is the watermark, but more romanian notes are divided by Pick number just for watermark in Romanian notes (100 Lei P#49 and P#50) and ( 2000 Lei P#53 and P#54) and they are considered separate issues.
Like russian roubles that are divided just for a small text “MODIFIKATSYA 2010” and there are more examples

The pages are using even the same exact picture.

The pages are using even the same exact picture.

I will photograph my note and replace it, i didn't see it until now, thanks

I will redo the series of Romanian Banknotes this week when i have some free time. I will separate them by another better criterion.

Status changed to Rejected (Jarcek, 2 Ara 2024, 09:38)

So they have different watermarks, so they should be apart.
