Is this common - electrotype and denomination mismatch? [solved]

My note under backlight:

 

 

Electrotype denomination and actual denomination don't match (200 vs 100).

I can't make out what it says on the security strip, it looks like 200 also.

 

Is this a common thing?

I just checked mine and it has the same electrotype of 200 too. The scan on this site is also showing the same too. I must say that this is a bit unusual, and if you can find one with 100, then you have a great note.

There were certain issues that came from Albania where the majority of serial numbers were mismatched. Finding matching serials actually is tougher than finding numbers that mismatched! This sometimes occurs when production budgets are trimmed too tight.
