This coin is 900% gold and 100% silver. It has the 2 hallmarks clearly visible.

I will inquire at a jeweler's to get more information on the hallmarks since it was sold to me as being gold.

I visited a few jewelers, what stands out is that the hallmarks would be one from the manufacturer, the other from the content and that it does not look like brass. It was not tested with acid so as not to damage it. 

Do you have a site link or other documentation to guarantee me that this is not gold?

Au vu de la fiche des poinçons de garantie Italiens, il semble effectivement que cette pièce soit composée d'or 900‰, AR correspond à la province d'Arezzo:
