Unknown Banknote, Need Help With Indentification (Cannot Find On Numista) [solved]

I've had this banknote, in particular, lying around in my collection for some time now. I can't seem to find a page on Numista about it. Would anyone be able to help with the identification/page on Numista for this banknote?

It's an emergency note (Notgeld) from the City of Königswinter but it's not in the catalog yet (Query) but you can Add it yourself.
