Creation of a New Page: 1923 City of Königswinter 2 Million Mark [solved]

I'm still fairly new to the website, and as I was going through my collection, I noticed this banknote in particular. I went to look it up and there isn't a page for it. I also can't find much information online about the banknote, and I don't want to risk taking a chance at creating a banknote page only to find out ¾ of the information is incorrect. Appreciate the help.  Also, there are other banknotes such as the 3 Million that I would also request be uploaded. Thanks.
