I can't find the listing for this note, does it exist? Or should I make it?

Should this be listed under the Confederate States? As it is dated 1861

Sorry I don't know these kind of notes but there is at least another State of Florida note in the catalog. I would put it were that one is under (if it's from a similar time frame).
