Welcome to the hobby!  Don't take my feedback the wrong way but I would say your serial number is simply a 2 digit SN & not special (or “fancy” as US collectors call them).  It may be eye-catching to some but most would pass due to its condition.

Special serial numbers must have a set pattern:

A repeater would be 67676767 (2 digit repeater) or follow an XYXYXYXY pattern.  There are also 3 digit & 4 digit repeaters but these bring less premium (like or ABCABCA & ABCDABCD or 67546754)

A radar is often more sought after:

6766676 is a 2 digit radar but you could also have a 3 digit radar such as 6788876 (for a 7 digit serial). Generally speaking the higher the # of digits the tougher & more of a premium.  A 1 digit radar is the most sought after, called a solid radar, such as 6666666.

But, unlike collecting regular banknotes, the majority of special serial number collectors collect only UNC notes. So circulated special serial numbers take a serious hit in the # of collectors who will pay a premium for a circulated example.     This also applies to Low serial numbers, ladders (1234567) & other special numbers.

Hope that helps!

I totally agree with @Serial_Number_8.

What you have is not considered as a fancy number, and in fact the numbers on the note are neither here nor there. I have seen dealers selling cheap banknotes with common radar serial numbers (face value worth less than a $1) for a few dollars (between $4-5) and these are in UNC condition too.
