The first 2 rows, addresssing P#374a (sign of “L. K. O'Brien”) cannot be the same comment. For example:
1st row stated: “P#374a - RB61 A01 to Z99 Without F,G,I,O,Q,P or V”
2nd row stated: “P#374a - RB62 01A to 99Z Without F,G,I,O,Q,P or V”, which is the same thing.
I believe that 2nd row should write “ for series prefix I, F,G,I,O,Q,P or V”
