D 18mm , 4 grams

Judging from the photos a replica in my opinion but I can't be sure. Please add better photos along with weight and diameter to verify authenticity.

Ah yes, it was right there in the original post. I didn't see it, sorry. Weight and diameter are correct, could be real but I cannot be sure judging by these photos alone.

What is the price ?

If real anywhere between 50 and 300 dollars judging by sold listings on Coin Archives: https://www.coinarchives.com/a/results.php?search=piso+frugi&s=0&upcoming=0&results=100

Keep in mind these are auction sold listings so the coins have a declaration of authenticity and the auction house takes a part of the sell price. You can't expect to get such values selling it by yourself.

If a replica there is no numismatic value.

Yes, I saw that one however the weight and diameter on the op's coin are correct while the one you linked is way off.

I still think the coin is a replica judging from the photos however that could be from lighting.

From the link on that page:

I think it's a replica, this is not what the coin minted during the period looks like.

No room to doubt that it is anything other than a replication given the link rsirian1 posted, it's an exact match in every way.
