For those of you who dont know what the red paperclip thing is about, read about it here.

I will start with the following coin:

Switzerland - 5 Franken (1968 B)

I will then trade it for another coin with a slightly higher value. Then, I will repeat it, until I feel like stopping it.

Why participate?

  • You get to participate in a project
  • Scroll down...

After I am finished, I will sponsor a very nice coin, that will be raffled off. The only way to get a ticket is by trading with me. You get one ticket per trade.

So who wants to participate in Operation: Red Paperclip?

Good luck to all!  :)

What's fake? My the Victorian 1-1/2 pence?
Why not do it the other way round, you give away your nice coins for something less expensive and find out what kind of crap you end up with.

No, he expects a large nice silver coin for a base metal Swiss coin. Next, he'll trade the silver coin for a double Eagle. Finally, the guy who traded his double Eagle coin will earn one ticket and will get coin #2 (fake Victorian coin). Seems like a fair game, right?  B)  :D
would you swop for this
