Why don't Taliban issue new banknotes and coins? [solved]

Taliban returned to power on 19 Aug 2021. In ordinary case, a new regime will abolish former currency and issue a new one. But 3 years passed, there is still no news that they have new banknotes or coins. Why? (They also didn't issued new currency in 1996-2001)

Or they have other priorities and are used to payments in foreign currency.

Afghanistan has had nightmarish inflation for years, like 25,000 Afghanis to a dollar or something.

As Talibanic Islam is the most extreme harsh and primitive version possible, they probably consider money too wordly and consider Koranic verses as real wealth. I mean if Muhammad was born in 570AD, this extream Islam they practice is like 569AD.

They may also consider graven images of a mosque even too wordly and thus any money would just have writing on it. Pointless when only 40% of people can read and women are banned from any kind of learning besides shutting up and being household slaves.

I love coins. Especially silver, gold and anything really old.

Karl Lester M Yap and Eltaf Najafizada report for Bloomberg that the value of the old Afghani notes are rising.

By not issuing new notes, and not allowing foreign currency, the value of the existing currency might rise similar to a “stock buyback” raising the value of shares of a corporation.

I'm not saying this policy is designed to benefit warlords who accumulated vast amounts of the old currency, but a policy of not increasing the money supply as the economy recovers would have that effect.
