Yes, the top character at reverse is Yong.
But so far I'm not finding a correspondence regarding the bottom character at reverse.

Hi,
The top one is “Yong” (營) as mentioned.
The bottom one is “U” (宇). Hence the corresponding catalog is km316.
It is yet in the Numista entry.
