Hallo,

Could you please ad in the catalogue 

 the issuing autority “Stadt Süchteln” in Germany

I have a check of 50.000 Mark of  Städt Sparkasse, the city savingsbank , dated July 18 1923 .

Printed in black and signed by the Mayor in purple ( handsigned or printed?)

dimensions 95 x 160

I attach the obverse picture. The reverse is not printed and there is no watermark.

Hello,

It's a cheque (paper exonumia). It's inside the ‘Notgeld’ period, but not a specific ‘Notgeld’ item. So “Germany 1871-1948” seems OK for me and not a specific City issue.
