Can anyone tell me anything about the above coin, please? The guy in the antique shop couldn't tell me anything about it and I can't find an exact match on Google Lens.

 

Weight in holder is 16.47g., diameter approximately 32mm.

Vespasian sestertius. Totally fake.

Everything is off, beginning with the emperor's face and the lettering (not the wording but the letters themselves).

 

Supposed to be N#249120 .

I did suspect it was a fake. Seemed rather cheap for the real thing. Thanks for the fast answer!
