I'm not sure on the exact coin this is. I know that it's labeled as km# 32 but that doesn't seem to exist, my best guess is that it is supposed to be km#33 from french India. Any confirmation helps.

You're right, the current Krause doesn't list a KM#32 cache for Pondicherry, and KM#33 isn't a match for your coin. I searched Zeno and came up with three examples of cache coins for Pondicherry, that have some similarities to your coin.
They all three state that they were made during Dutch occupation of Pondicherry from 1693-1698, and the third one says it was categorized as KM#32 in the second edition of Krause (many editions ago). You may be able to compare your coin to these in Zeno and see if there's a match.
Please note that for ID requests it's best to provide clear photos of both sides of the coin, preferably out of the holder, and to state the diameter to the nearest mm and if possible the weight to the nearest tenth of a gram. Guidelines can be found here.
It appears that your coin has a very interesting history.
It kind of looks like the one listed km#11. opinion?
Yes, the better photos help. In looking over my bookshelf further, I actually have the 2nd edition of Krause's Standard Catalog of World Coins for 1701-1800. In it, under French India, Pondicherry, there is a KM#32 that matches your coin. It says they were made until 1720 (no starting date). Both your coin and the one listed as KM#32 are quite similar to Zeno #98566 which is desscribed as KM#11, though I cannot find a KM#11 in my catalog. I think it would be OK to list your coin as a cache of French India, Pondicherry mint, KM#32 in Krause's SCWC 18th century second edition, dated approximately 1693-1720.
Thank you very much for your help. I do have one more inquiry. Numista has this coin N#48918 listed as pondichery under Dutch occupation. So I am a bit confuse as to which this coin was minted under, the French or the Dutch?
