Nice gold byzantine coin to identify

Hello, friends!

Please, can you identify & evaluate this another byzantine gold coin?! I believe it is also a “solidus”, but I don't know what emperor it belongs to!? 

The coin is scyphate. It's weight is 4,41 g.

Also, what preservation state would you put on it?

I cannot see the legends clearly enough to confirm.
