Gold Plated vs. Solid Gold

Is this gold plated as indicated in the description or is it solid gold as indicated in the value of the coin?  Can someone verifty this?  I found it at an antique store.

The original submission included the obverse description of “Gold Plated” so I have corrected the composition to plated with unknown core.

I'm pretty sure it is gold-plated silver since its original issue/release composition was silver.  I could be wrong though.
