Belize will be releasing new banknotes in June without Queen Elizabeth.  We'll have new notes to add to the catalog

Always nice to see notes which celebrate important people / events from their past. Looking forward to seeing some new notes out & about.

This is part of the plan by Belize's politicians to promote republicanism in that country - whose King is His Majesty King Charles III.

 

I would still add examples of this series to my collection - considering Belize is a British Commonwealth country.
