Within KM#161, 1 gulden from the Netherlands, I miss the following dates:

1928 (minted 6.150.000) KM#161.1
1943 D (minted 20.000.000) KM#161.2?

Hi,
I have added year 1928 but I don't find the year 1943D on the world coins may be the coin was for an other territorie netherlands.

The 1 gulden of 1943 was minted in USA (Denver) but was issued in the Netherlands, Netherlands East Indies, Curacao and Suriname. I find it strange its not mentioned for the Netherlands in Krause Mishler.
But so be it.
