Can somebody tell what is the amount of the note. I have worked out that zwanzig is twenty but that's about it. Also can you tell me what it is worth. Thanks

You are correct, it is a German 20 Mark note, dated 21 April 1910.  If I have identified it correctly, value 20 USD (grade VG) as stated in SCWPM 16th Ed.
