Identification Coin France

Please help identifiying the coin from France.

(Double) 20 mm, 1,99 g

Thanks

The first photo is blurry, but the profile looks like Louis XIII (1610-1643). One can still read, Roi DE FRANce ET NAVarre, but a clearer photo would help. Below the bust there should be the letter identifying the mint.

On the reverse the date seems to be 1639.
