Tried looking online but the details are unfortunately not crisp enough for my eyes. 

The profile looks like Constantius II. It could also be a less known mid-4th century heir to the throne, but Constantius is more likely.

Only way to know is reading the legend around the profile. 

Definitely Constantius II because the reverse is the Fallen Horseman type. Probably not Constans because of the diameter size, and therefore sometime after 350
