Rome provincial - Geta ? - Serpent with disk and horns? - Alexandria ? [solved]

11.54 g. - 23.50 mm

I can't find this coin. I think of Geta but the legends don't fit the legends I found. He looks also like Marcus Aurelius…

On the reverse, there could be some letters on the left… L Z is sure.

The snake wears a disk and horns (it must have a name).

Any idea what it is?

Thanks a lot…

The serpent is Agathodaemon. I think it might be this coin: https://rpc.ashmus.ox.ac.uk/coins/4.4/3321

You are right… It is L IZ and not L Z. That's the one.

Thanks a lot
