Hello,
You have an akçe of Osman II (1618-1622) minted in Egypt.
On the obverse, just about visible in the centre circle, is the name of the sultan, عثمان (Osman).
On the reverse, you can see above the decoration the formula خلد ملكه (may [God] perpetuate his reign], and underneath it the name of the mint, مصر (Egypt, in this context, Cairo).
