inscription says 100 Pesetas - Alfonso XIII 1889 it is a gold coin

The only 100 Pesetas coin Spain made in that time period was in 1897. N#14834

Can't fake or counterfeit a non-existent coin but, yes, it is not authentic.  If it is gold, sell it for its melt value.
