 Listing the lettering to start with … 

First: 10 JAHRE L V SACHSEN DES N S D F B (STAHLHELM) 1924-1934 

/ crown W 1914 [crossed swords] 

Second: LANDESTREFFEN 12-14 OKTOBER 1934 

/ Helmet over swastika 

 Hopefully someone can identify, especially the initials.
