it seems to be a lokal token from strömstadt,
as far as i know a small city/ touristic place at the coast between Goteborg and Oslo.
Value was 20 swedish crowns, but only during 1981 (inlösas… : exchangable until..)
There are many similar lokal tokens, some of them you can find in the exonumia section.
