This is a fantasy coin. The Livonian Order minted coins from gold or silver. It appears to be made of bronze. Kettler minted coins in Riga and Tallinn (Reval) during the Livonian Order, and later in Courland as Duke of Courland. Moreover, the coin does not have his family coat of arms.
The reverse has an imitation of the coat of arms of Tallinn (Reval)
The entire coat of arms was used on larger monetary units - ducat, mark, thaler. Since it is a shilling, there should be a small coat of arms.
