banknote not published on Numista [solved]

Hi all, 

because i am just a starter with collecting money, i want to ask here first if i am correct. i could not find this note on Numista, should i add it or was my search wrong?

I don't have better pictures now because the banknote is still on its way. I Did search on internet but i only found 2 pictures of it. 

who has more data of this note?

Once you have the note, could you create own image of it and allow numista to use it under your CC license of choice.
