Dear All,
I have 500 Pesos Oro Specimen banknote from Dominican Republic. According to the catalogue:
"Specimen with black overprint: ESPECIMEN once on each side. Punch hole cancelled.
Columbus tomb and cathedral at center. Orange bank seal at right. Signature varieties.
Medallic portrait of Liberty head at left, arms at right. Dates at center in upper margin.
Dark blue on multicolor underprint."

My problem with it, I can't find the dates at center in upper margin. The question, is it possible fault.
If anybody have answer or comments, please let me know.
