Evaluation of 2 euro (2000) Belgium Albert II with rotation error

Hi I would like to know the value of this coin … its center can be rotated like in 10 degrees..

Hello. That's not an error. It's considered post mint damage (PMD). Still worth face value of 2 euros though.

The center has been manually rotated (with a tool).

The coin is striked in one shot, on all the surface, so it's impossible to have a such rotation during the fabrication process !

Yes.. one can rotate it like 10 degrees …
 

i don't know how this happened … maybe during the fabrication process core was not properly fixed… no clue.
