Unable to use bullet lists for the comments for one coin [solved]

I tried to add bullet list in the comment section for N#25138 and the button had no effect. I tried on another coin (random coin from the homepage) and the bullet list worked correctly.

What controls where text can be put in a bullet list item?

(I submitted a change request for the coin to correct the misspelling “variaties”.)

Not I think bullet points provide any additional value here but I tried it and they appear out of bounds on the left side for me.

There was a weird markup on this comment, probably due to copy-paste from somewhere else. I cleaned the markup, so that bullet points can be added if necessary.
