Not Brazil at all (I'm brazilian collector). I think this coin is from a German state, the coat of arms reminds me Saxony coins…

Thanks Geison, what left me in doubt is that there is no countermark on the back and also in relation to the base coin, it doesn't look at all like a Spanish coin…
