I bought mine from an exhibition where it's illegal to sell fakes.

Hi thegamesbond,

The note you have is a circulating commemorative banknote issued by Gibraltar in 2018 to commemorate World Tourism Year. The banknote should have UV activity when you hold it under UV light.

i'll put up a website soon

You mean it's a legal tender? Only 10 Shillings?

It was a 1934 replica promotional note and was legal tender in 2018 at a value of 50 pence. The note was to promote World Tourism in 2018 in Gibraltar. It is now a collector item.

Kai, it was never sold at face value, therefore, it was like the banknote version of a medal-coin - sold at a premium above the face value.
