Unknown Roman (Provincial) Coin #3

Hello all,

 

I have an unknown Roman coin, possible provincial but it is hard to tell. It is a small bronze coin which is around 17mm and around 2.2g in weight. It has some clear lettering on the obverse with a depiction of a woman on it but I don't know how to identify it. 

Hope to hear where this is from!
