These two coins share the same KM#, not sure which should actually have it.

The Year of the Dragon is KM# 4665. I submitted a change request.

Thanks I fixed it. This was caused by using the duplicate page function when adding the newer coin.

 

I have asked for the KM# to not be copied when using the Duplicate function but nothing has been done yet. 🙄
