Falkland 1£ 2020 two variants?

I have two different Falkland 2020 1£ as below. Should we consider both as two variants?

 

Look at the coat of arms shield all three corners on reverse and at the top of Queen's tiara on obverse (below F in Falkland). Difference is the distance of these points to the outrr ring.

This looks like natural variation in the core's position rather than a variety. Notice that the hologram beneath the portrait is touching the core on the first coin, but not on the second.

Just poor quality minting. Sadly this is the quality we get these days…

Yes, it looks like the inner part is proportionally larger on first coin than on second one. Seems like two variants of the used blanks and this is the reason why the same design looks a little different.
