hi,

being no expert in old australian coins:

- authentic.

- condition is vf+, probably better than average and far away from the really good condition.

- an interessed collector could accept 10€, but regarding shipment, i don't see a deal.

Fine details with verdigris spot, rim damage, and graffiti on the obverse. Realistically, you could expect to pay AU25c for a coin in this condition here. 
 

Typically, Australian pennies are sold by the kilo for $AU20-40.
