All I can say now is that's a roman provincial.
Two thirds of the greek lettering at reverse are readable, working on that now.

Not on our catalog, although we have a similar coin with a different reverse, which I'm linking solely for reference: N#243302 .
Obverse is identical, reverse shows a different god but lettering is the same, we can use that coin as basis for the new entry.
