In fact, it is a note dated 2025, but it entered circulation in the last days of 2024. This information is at the top of the page (date of issue) and the year stamped, to identify variants, is 2025. In other words, the information is correct.
The date in parentheses serves, essentially, to identify dates in the Gregorian calendar. Occasionally, it serves to identify late issues of old law dates. In this case, I do not think it is correct to use a year prior to the stamped date.
