We don't appear to have the United Nations as a country in the catalogue (apologies if I've missed it).  Although, it isn't recognised as a country in it's own right, each building is effectively treated as though it is a country .  Therefore, difficult to allocate the medal below to the UN.

As stated by davidhs, we need to select location, usually United States and then add issuing entity.
