Strange orange dots [solved]

So i was playing around with a uv flashlight and i shined it at this cccp one poltinnik and these strange orange dots appeared, does anyone have any idea what these are?

Also it has been in a plastic frame, maybe that has something to do with it?

Probably contamination with some organic material. There is also the possibility that they are corrosion spots from trace elements but I would not put the chance of that being the case over simple contamination.
