I found a 2 euro coin without a mint mark

I found a 2013 French €2 commemorative coin for the 50th anniversary of the Élysée Treaty, but the mintmark (cornucopia) is completely missing. The rest of the coin looks genuine and undamaged. Could this be a minting error? Any insights or value estimates would be appreciated.

Why don’t you compare it to the coin page example of the mint mark and mark under the two portraits, and then decide if there is something missing?

The mintmark is there, under the left  head. Value is 2€.
